You can request a return or exchange if:
• You received a damaged, defective, or expired product
• You received a wrong item or something is missing
• The request is made within 7 days of delivery
• The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
• Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
✅ If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged/wrong item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost
❌ Otherwise, return shipping will be borne by the customer

- Products without original packaging
